Kids Camp

Counselor-in-Training Program – CIT

Youth ages 13 & 14 who wish to learn and assist counselors may apply for the CIT program at Kid’s Camp.  CIT’s will be supervised at all times by camp staff and will participate in all activities with their assigned group of campers.  These youngsters are expected to assist with equipment handling, activity preparations, lunch distribution, clean-up and more.  CIT’s should be prepared to be active every day of camp and have a strong desire to be with younger children. All Kids Camp Policies and Procedures apply to CIT participants and their parents.   This program is reserved for full week registrations.  CIT’s and parents are required to agree to and sign a contract.  CIT’s will be interviewed and are REQUIRED to attend a training session in May.

We appreciate your careful attention to and cooperation with the procedures for proper registration

Children will not be permitted to attend Kids Camp until all required forms are completed and all final balances and payments are made.  Completed camp registration form, medical form and pick-up form are all necessary before the start of camp.

Certain children may have limitations and special needs beyond the scope of our camp structure.  Parents are expected and required to inform us in advance about special circumstances and needs so that an evaluation and enrollment determination can be made.  Payment of camp fees is not a guarantee of enrollment.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not given for cancellations or days missed.  Youngsters suspended or expelled from camp for any reason, at any time are not eligible for refunds.  Refund requests are subject to loss of a portion of deposit funds, and no refunds will be given after May 16, 2011.
